🛠️ AmpliFy your residential plans

AmpliFy is a free web application that allows you to transform your housing architectural drawings in PDF format into a 3D digital model.

Our Machine Learning model automatically detects important data from your plans to generate a BIM model (IFC & RVT) containing the following elements:

• ✔️ Walls
• ✔️ Doors
• ✔️ Windows
• ✔️ Rooms
• ✔️ Equipment (Sinks, Showers, Bathtubs, Toilets)
• ✔️ Furniture (Beds)

⚙️ How does it work?

All you need to do is upload a PDF file containing the architectural plan of your residential project. The application will automatically detect the scale of your plan, and the Machine Learning model will analyze the elements to generate an IFC and a RVT model. You can then download this model and import it into your usual BIM tools.

RVT export generation (Revit 2022 format) starts alongside the IFC, but may take a few extra minutes depending on the model size and user traffic.

🚫 Limitations

A few limitations to keep in mind:

• ❌ The application only supports residential projects. Other types of buildings (offices, industrial, etc.) are not compatible.
• ❌ Results may be less accurate for non-French plans or for complex architectural projects.
• ❌ Currently, only PDF files are accepted as input. JPG and PNG formats are not yet supported, but this functionality will be available soon.
• ❌ All vertical extrusions are arbitrary, with default values that may not reflect the actual real-world heights.
• ❌ RVT export is currently in beta: temporary downtimes may occur.

By using this application, you fully agree to these terms.

2. Copyright and License

This application is a partially open-source software. Modules based on projects under the "GNU General Public License v3.0" are published under the same license.

The operations for processing IFC files are permitted through the use of the open-source library "IfcOpenShell".

3. Acceptable Use

You must not use this application in a way that could cause damage to the application or impair its availability.

You must not use the application for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities.

4. Uploaded Files

However, if you check the appropriate option in the AmpliFy tool, you consent to the uploaded plan being used by our team to improve the accuracy of the AmpliFy Machine Learning model. The plan may be used to train our model for the purpose of analyzing architectural plans. The uploaded plan will be stored on our servers but will not be shared with any third parties, nor will it be used for any other purposes beyond the ones described.

You are responsible for not uploading files containing sensitive or confidential data.

5. Limitation of Liability

The application is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from its use.

6. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. The current version is always available on the web version of the application.

7. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute related to these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of this country.

Privacy Policy

1. Information Collection

We do not collect any personal information when you use the application.

2. Use of Information

All data processed by the application are exclusively related to the files you upload. No personal data is collected, used, or stored.

None of the data or IFC files you upload are shared with third parties.

3. Data Security

Your data security is important to us. Although we do not store personal data, we take all necessary measures to protect the security of the files you upload.

However, we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach due to factors beyond our control, we will not be held responsible for any resulting loss or damage.

4. Data Deletion

Uploaded files are automatically deleted from the server after processing, within several hours, unless the user explicitly consents to the file being stored on our servers.

5. Confidential and Sensitive Files

It is the responsibility of the user not to upload files containing sensitive or confidential data. We are not responsible for monitoring the content of the uploaded files or for the protection of the information contained in these files.

6. Changes to the Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time. The current version is always available on the web version of the application.
