No personal information is collected during the use of the application itself. However, when you submit the access form to download your processed files, certain information is collected to ensure secure access, monitor platform usage, and comply with legal obligations.

The collected data includes:

• First name, last name, email
• Organization type, company name, and country
• Consent data (timestamp, newsletter opt-in)
• Technical information: IP address, device type, and browser characteristics
• Usage data such as the modeled area processed during the session

Sensitive data, such as IP and email addresses, are protected using secure storage methods (hashing or encryption).

3. Use of Information

This information is used only for:

• Ensuring service integrity and security
• Producing anonymous usage statistics
• Sending updates or newsletters, only if the user has opted in

Personal data is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties.

The processing of data is based on:

Uploaded files are automatically deleted from our servers after processing, within a few hours, unless the user has explicitly consented to storage.

Form data is stored securely for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy. All storage is located in France.

6. Data Security

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the collected data against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. The professional email and IP address are encrypted or hashed to prevent direct identification.

While we make every effort to ensure data protection, no system can guarantee absolute security.

In accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), users have the right to access, rectify, delete, or limit the use of their personal data, as well as the right to object to processing or request data portability.

Users are responsible for ensuring that uploaded files do not contain sensitive or confidential information. AmpliFy does not analyze the content of these files and cannot be held responsible for the information they contain.
